These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

The Website is operated for and on behalf of DCY Fund SCSp, an alternative investment fund (AIF) established in Luxembourg and managed by OWL Inclusive S.A., a duly authorised alternative investment fund manager (AIFM).

These Terms apply only to the use of the Website. Any subscription for interests in the DCY Fund SCSp is governed exclusively by the relevant offering documents (including the offering memorandum, limited partnership agreement and subscription documents).
